Voted one of MovieMaker Magazines 50 Festivals worth the entry fee, the Philadelphia Film Festival accepts submissions for Features, Docs, and Shorts from all over the world and offers a Local category specifically for Philly filmmakers. New this year, submissions can be made on two platforms – Withoutabox and Film Freeway!

Accepted Submission Formats: Online Screener | DVD (Submitters MUST send two DVDs) | Vimeo Link
Premiere Status: Philadelphia premiere required. Films cannot have shown publicly anywhere in Philadelphia to be considered
Completion Date: Films must have been completed after October 2017
Distribution Status: Projects may have distribution
– DO NOT submit your film through Film Freeway and Withoutabox. Submissions sent through both platforms will not increase chances of selection, and fees will not be refunded.
– Works in progress can be considered; but submitter should note that it is a work in progress
– DVDs will not be returned
