A Benefit for the Philadelphia Film Society
Join the Philadelphia Film Society for the 2nd annual presentation of the Lumière Award. The Lumière Award, named in honor of the first filmmakers Auguste and Louis Lumière, is given to those that have demonstrated a passion for the furtherance of filmmaking as a vital artform and growing industry in Philadelphia.
This year, the Lumière Award’s inaugural recipient M. Night Shyamalan will present the award to
Bruce Willis
in honor of his dedication and contribution to film in Philadelphia, having starred in such iconic films as TWELVE MONKEYS, THE SIXTH SENSE, and UNBREAKABLE, in addition to his current work on Shyamalan’s upcoming film GLASS.
