BOX OFFICE ASSOCIATE | 27TH PHILADELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL
The Philadelphia Film Festival (PFF) is an 11-day international film festival that screens over 100 films and hosts special events, Q&A’s, and industry guests.
Responsibilities of the Box Office Associate include selling tickets to screenings & events throughout the Philadelphia Film Festival at the main Box Office at the Prince Theater, and/or satellite PFF venues, and providing excellent customer service to patrons. Successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be independent and self-motivated, and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

FESTIVAL MARKETING ASSISTANT | 27TH PHILADELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL
The Festival Marketing Assistant would work directly with the PFS Marketing Team to plan and execute a marketing plan for the Philadelphia Film Festival. During the Festival, the Festival Marketing Assistant would work with on-site promotions and online communications, among other tasks.

FESTIVAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT | 27TH PHILADELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL
The Operations Assistant is tasked with aiding the Festival Operations Team in coordinating Venue, Volunteer, and Credential details in the months leading up to and during the film festival. During the Festival, Operations Assistant will be responsible for helping Venue staff and volunteers to smoothly run Festival venues, and ensuring that appropriate credentials are complete and delivered.

The Hospitality Intern is the primary assistant for the Festival Hospitality Team in coordinating all Guest Services details for the festival, including but not limited to making travel and lodging arrangements for guests and ensuring all credentials are complete. The Hospitality Intern will also assist in creating a comprehensive report on PFF27 Hospitality.

The Membership & Development Intern will assist the PFS Development Department in planning and organization of membership benefits leading up to the Philadelphia Film Festival, and the fulfillment of benefits throughout the Festival. In addition, this intern will be involved in researching ways to grow and strengthen the PFS community through relationship cultivation and development.

Each year during the annual Philadelphia Film Festival, PFS on Us allows PFS to bring together a diverse mosaic of Philadelphians as part of non-profit organizations, arts and cultural groups, universities, and the general public to experience the transformative power of film at no cost to participants. The Marketing & Outreach Intern will assist the Marketing Team in outreach to local organizations to publicize PFS On Us, as well as lead PFS’ initiative for university outreach.

The Philadelphia Film Festival (PFF) is an 11-day international film festival screening more than 100 of the year’s best films complete with special events and Q&As featuring visiting filmmakers and other industry guests. The Programming Intern is tasked with assisting the Festival Programming Team in coordinating details for the Festival related to all confirmed films including administrative, materials coordination, and program operation duties.
