You’re invited to join the Philadelphia Film Society for the brightest night in cinema. Dress to the nines for the 5th Annual Awards Night Party at the historic Prince Theater. Join us to sip bubbly and walk the red carpet as the awards show streams live on the biggest screen in Center City. The 5th Annual Awards Night Party & Screening will feature entertainment by Doogie Horner
Doogie Horner is a frequent guest on Doug Loves Movies and has been featured on Dave Chapelle’s Oddball Comedy Tour and the Bridgetown Comedy Festival. He was a semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent where he famously won over a hostile NYC crowd. His album A Delicate Man was an AV Club staff pick.
He is the author of A Die Hard Christmas, Some Very Interesting Cats Perhaps You Weren’t Aware of, Everything Explained Through Flowcharts, and other books; his writing has also appeared in McSweeney’s, Wired, Playboy, and the London Times.
